This technology allows precise shaping of the thickness or width of materials (such as technical double-sided adhesives, liners, foams, or plastic films), adapting them exactly to the required dimensions of the final part.

The lathe works by material removal on the roll, producing narrow tapes, rings, or profiled sectors, with clean and perfectly regular cuts.

We can process rolls up to 430 mm in outer diameter, with widths ranging from 2 mm to 1,700 mm, achieving calibrated thicknesses and uniform finishes across the entire surface.
