DIE-CUTTING
We specialize in automatic and manual die-cutting of flexible materials for the automotive sector and other industrial applications, with technologies capable of ensuring precision, versatility, and production continuity.
Our automatic travelling-head presses allow die-cutting of roll materials such as foams, felts, fibers, nonwovens, laminated fabrics, and technical multilayers, guaranteeing complex shapes, tight tolerances, and fast, reliable production cycles.
The materials are conveyed on motorized belts, while the moving head performs pressing over large and configurable work areas.
The latest line is equipped with an integrated adhesive lamination unit, capable of applying transfer adhesives (with siliconized liner) on request, making the materials self-adhesive before die-cutting.
This allows the production of components ready for application, reducing assembly times and ensuring maximum cleanliness and uniformity of the adhesive.
We also process Thinsulate™ 3M, a thermal and acoustic insulator for the automotive sector. Processing can involve simple cutting into the required shape (plain cut), or edge finishing with hot trim or edge seal technology, to obtain a “sealed” and cleaner edge, useful in applications where a high aesthetic or functional standard is required.
In addition to automated processing, we also carry out manual die-cutting and adhesive lamination, ideal for small series, samples, or parts with complex geometries.
